Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1863 or 1864
Mahd-i ‘Ulya writes about Nasir al-Din Shah's letter and the affair between the daughter of Muhammad Tahir Khan and the son of ‘Aliyah Khanum who is married to Nush Khanum's daughter; she mentions that she has punished the woman by hitting her and both the woman's arms were broken by her husband; and she discusses bringing the couple to Niyavaran and getting a house for them as I‘tizad al-Saltanah is not accepting the woman at his house.

Includes greetings and talks about the hot weather in Niyavaran, mentions the discussion with Shahzadah who is not taking his bride home, a woman's indecency resulting in moving her and her husband to Niyavaran to keep an eye on her and ensure no further indiscretions, a visit by Mulk Ara, Nigar Khanum's issue, and keeping sour cherries for the addressee

Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1869 or 1870
Mahd-i ‘Ulya writes about Shahzadah Vali's plight and asks Nasir al-Din Shah to help him by ordering Mu’ayad al-Dawlah and ‘Imad al-Dawlah to each pay fifty tumans a month to Shahzadah Vali; mentions Pasha Khan Muzaffar al-Dawlah's letter which inquired about his duty after Sardar's dismissal; discusses the situation of Sipahsalar's daughter and the challenge of housing her, which is the reason for Mahd-i ‘Ulya's delay in joining the addressee in the country; advises assigning ‘Azud al-Mulk to talk to the groom and carry on the marriage instead of asking Aqa; and asks for payment of thirty...

Letter to Nasir al-Din Shah from one of his wives, 1873 or 1874
She complains about Nasir al-Din Shah's harsh response to her requesting to get back her tea and coffee set from Mahd-i ‘Ulya. She mentions Nasir al-Din Shah's different manner toward his other wife, Shams al-Dawlah. At the end, she pleads again to send Haji Sa‘id to get her tea and coffee set, which she needs in order to pay her debts.

Petition by Nasir al-Din Shah's wives, 1912 to 1917
Correspondence including petitions from ‘Aziz al-Saltanah [probably Nasir al-Din Shah's sister] and Mahbub al-Saltanah, Fatimah Sultan Khanum, and Farangis Khanum, Nasir al-Din Shah's wives, regarding their delinquent salaries, which were supposed to be issued in Gilan; they complain about Mukarram al-Dawlah's negligence. There are also letters from Mukarram al-Dawlah, the Ministries of Finance and Interior, and the Treasury Department.
